Atlantia by Ally Condie

I might have a soft spot for dystopian fiction.

Atlantia is city underwater in a divided world. It is a beautiful, though old, city that houses the privileged few, but they don’t have to live there.

This is a great read for anyone into dystopian fiction and especially for those who love stories that have powerful women. While there’s a lot going on in this well built world, this story boils down to sisters and secrets.

Okay, there’s a bit of an environmental message and warning about corruption there too, but really sisters and secrets. I had a great time with it.

Next up is Kate Chopin’s The Awakening, get it at your local library or my astore!
